R. Dean Akers

Mr. Akers is a, motivational speaker, published author, serial entrepreneur, and past CEO of many companies. He has headed up companies in many various industries. Some of these include; all aspects of civil contracting, heavy equipment sales/service, telecom sales, copy equipment sales and service, commercial tire operations, retread manufacturing company, a franchiser company, medical delivery platform company and a computer network company.

   Dan Cook

Mr Cook has almost 20 years of day-to-day, management and leadership experience, which include the ready-mix concrete, block, and construction industries and the plastic manufacturing industry. Dan's extensive leadership and business background ultimately led him into the position of president and managing partner of a successful manufacturing and distribution company in Tampa, Florida which held 10 design patents and included clients such as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Walt Disney World and more. After the business was sold approximately 10 years ago, Dan converted his personal leadership skills and burning desire to help others in business into a consulting career which has taken him throughout the United States and Canada.

Dan has a passion for helping others develop into top performers within their organizations. He believes deeply in the need for greater personal accountability and measurable goals to help qualify and quantify individual and team performance. Dan's top notch, communication skills have prompted a number of organizations and associations to request him as a keynote speaker for their annual conventions and management programs. He has over 8000 hours of facilitation of continuing education programs, has performed extensive customer survey and market analysis work, and helped companies establish processes and systems that have positively affected their bottom line performance. These organizations include Oldcastle Materials Group, Lafarge NA, Cemex, Consolidated Minerals, Florida Rock Industries, Titan America, Regions Bank, Tindall Corporation, the National Ready Mix Concrete Association, just to name a few. Dan is also author of several highly successful development programs that have been facilitated all over North America.
